Biography
Dr. Jeffrey Garner is Pastor of San Francisco Lighthouse Church and professor at Western Seminary (Growing Disciples Intentionally). He holds a Master of Arts degree in Exegetical Theology (MAET) from Western Seminary and a Doctor of Ministry degree (DMin) from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. Jeff has over 20 years of practical ministry experience.
